The ever sheen cocoa butter I bought was mixed with something very smelly and disgusting. So I had to throw all of them away. Scamming people is not nice at all. Stay away from them.

Product not authentic

Beauty bazaar that a lie you a telling. FedEx never delivered my package at the front door. After opening a claim case with them they called me and told me they had my package but should contact my supplier to open a claim with with them. Which I did . I sent you all the details claim case number, date n month. And you said you are still following up the case . Now you have the nerves to say FedEx delivered my package on my front door. Beauty bazaar you are a total fraud.😡 refund my money back because am gonna take further actions

They sell fake products! And horrible customer service

DONT BUY FROM THEM. THEY SENT ME A USED BOTTLE OF CREAM. THAT WAS HALF EMPTY. THEYDONT RESPOND TO EMAILS, CALLS, JUST STRAIGHT UP FRAUDS

I guess these reviews are 100% true.. ..with zero customer care.they deliberately shipped an order(#167698) even when they realized (I believe) one was not available after I placed order..without notifying me.. thats fraud..unfortunately that was the only product i needed most..u placing orders but if u have any issue on delivery..they ignore you...I recieved an incomplete order..I hv been emailing them back to back no regard for my messages.. No phone number..I guess that's the first turn off..I dont think they are ready for business..I decided to give them a benefit of doubt. Will update here if they dont respond by this week...we dont need fraudulent people on ecommerce.

I purchased from u.s. beauty bazzar. They sent me the wrong item. They don't have customer service. Automatic reply provided a ticket number that hasn't been responded to. My advice to other consumers. Find a reliable retailer with "real customer service". If not you may loose money out of your pocket.

First time I ordered from here everything went good and I received my items super fast. My second time it’s been more then a week and I still haven’t gotten my items. They gave me an email saying it’s been shipped but when I looked it up on USPS it hasn’t moved from it’s location. I called USPS and they said you guys created a label but never brought the items in. I tried emailing the company twice but never got a response. My order is #152308, at this point if my stuff doesn’t come in soon I just want my money back. Edit: I got my money back
