The color of cream is supposed to be white but it was brown. I requested a refund and was told it was up for review and I will be contacted. It’s been 2 months haven’t heard anything yet

I never got a notice that my package was here never got email. Most places give you an email saying that your package was delivered I never got that. But then you have the audacity sending me an email to rate you. Will you suck!! You took my shipping money and ran with it. Bravo👏👏 And you didn't refund my money. Let's hope I'll be seeing that soon.

I really wanted to like US Beauty Bazaar. They have great prices and shipping speed was nice. However, their customer service department is subpar at best. I contacted them regarding dissatisfaction with 1 of the products I received because the volume was lower than normal. They were dismissive and stated they do not send used products which I was not stating because it could have been manufacture error as well. Nonetheless their second response was also very "slick" and unprofessional. A replacement would have sufficed.

All the products they sent me was used and some are broken like the Pawpaw. Gel Soap. Broken underneath. Also half of the cream jar as been open. Oil does not wrap good pour all over the places.

Horrible. Stay away from this company. all the items I bought were over priced and arrived to me in all half bottles. Bottles were all wrapped in bubble wraps .they were not cracked or broken.Just Scam! I emailed the company but no one has reached out to me. Horrible experience
