I purchased my Car in April and I drove my car for three weeks than my transmission went out i called for a tow truck within my contract. they supposedly had came but i didn’t hear a knock on my door so i called to request another time for them to come pick it up they didn’t of course so now i had to call another tow company to come move my car and i paid 150 out of pocket. Now my car is at the Gordon shop maybe a couple of days later i called to see how long will it take for me them to fix my car so they said they have to see maybe the next week i called and they gave me the wrong information so i had to call the warranty people about my claim ok days go by and I called maybe the next week they have my transmission but they don’t know when they going to put it in because i have people in front of me thats in the month of may here comes june ok now i’m calling the usa auto to see can they get my car moved they said i can’t i talked to three different people i kept calling i’m leaving messages nobody answering i tried to get another car nobody is answering at all so i’m pissed at this point cause now my car has been in the shop for over 2 months now so in august i talked to a supervisor from doc he told me that he will contact the shop manger because he knows that person so he calls back and tell me that they are going to work on my car as soon as they finish the one in front of me so i get a call back and the supervisor tells me that i can finally move my car ok so i called got a tow truck now i’m sending it off to old dixie they get my car they tell me that my transmission is old they had to get a new one ok i finally got my car back after a good 3 months and i just paid my car note i get my car back days later my car messed up again i called them and told them what’s going on they told me to take back up there to the shop to see what’s wrong with it so now i’m mad because that’s more money out of my pocket and i told them to come get they car and i asked mcan i get my money back at least my down payment they told me i had the car over 100 days which bs because it was in their possession for those days not mine i barley drove the car so now i’m getting a lawyer because i tried so many to times to get a trade on the car i left messages and everything nobody contacted me back and i was getting fed up i have proof of these calls and messages and i tried to dispute it and they still didn’t want to get my money back they only care for your money and nothing else i wouldn’t recommend them to nobody.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience as well. I do admit that I quickly realized I was being charged entirely too much initially however, I later went on to find out that it was more than 5 times what the car was valued at. I paid $440 every month though the contract was for only $431. I continued this throughout the month before last whereas I ran into some financial trouble due to replacing and fixing things over the months in addition to Covid19 money losses etc. However, US Auto Sales Decided they'd "Help" me out with a deferment which would push my current balance to the rear of the loan plus finally provide the due date change to fit my actual paydate which was what they were supposed to do 2 years prior as promised by Miss Tawanna Clark. Either way this deferment offer was supposed to be my savior and was initially promised by this guy named Edward. The balance and amounts that theyd report owed were typocally incorrect due to the fact that Ms.Clark NEVER did follow through with her due date change prior to the very FIRST PAYMENT which had to wait until AFTER the payment ended up act becoming due etc. She and I spoke on several occasions initially as she kept changing the information and instructions that she'd given me as guidance throughout her date change proccess. I requested that she send me confirmation e-mail and she responded by informing me that confirmation e-mails of that nature were against policy and she joked about me not trusting her and stated that our call was currently being recorded and that all calls are recorded between all employees and customers at ALL Times and that if she failed to do any of the things she was promising me over the phone that day I'd be able to simply request that US Auto Sales company provide those recordings or refer to them for proof. Long story short that was in August Of 2019 Where it began and nothing was ever done to correct that date even though I was given my new paydate over the phone by Tawanna which was the 26th of each month and that was determined based on all of the paperwork I was required to submit in order to complete the due date change and I still have the emails and proof that I sent it all in. I just decided that I'd follow the agreement that she set for me and I'd just continue to pay between the 26th and 28th of each month and have done so through the rest of 2019, 2020 and 2021 until I had financial trouble recently. I was told that the deferment combined with the due date change after FINALLY being processed this time would allow me to skip the next monthly payment after they had completed moving my balance to the rear of the loan during the deferment process which would be a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I thanked the guy Edward so much for saving me as the angel I thought he was being at that time as he stated that we'd just do your deferment based on the time you replaced your entire Windshield since I'd been stranded and still trying to replace the tires again as well as buying a new battery on top of the other issues and US. AUTO SALES ONLY CARED about the ones that I could dig up old receipt copies for and it still had to be the receipt they chose to count if they deemed the expense acceptable enough in their opinion. Finally, Id called in to make my monthly payment again this month but it wasnt accepted because the las girl I spoke to this time is Kelsey and she says that unfortunately theyve gone and put a REPO Order on the account and they now want at least a minimum double payment since the last months payment was skipped as it was explained to me. I thought that I had a fresh start with a $0 balance now that I've completed the deferment and due date change process again. I was LAST told that 2nd time by the Edward Guy that the deferment this time was being done based on the time I.had to replace the entire windshield at Glass Now but unfortunately it was all LIES. The young lady Kelsey explained that he even lied on his notes and he wrote down that we had suddenly left off in an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PLACE THAN WE HAD LEFT OFF but they did absolutely nothing to investigate why this was happening nor did anyone every follow through with why I never was able to get any of the requested alleged recordings between myself and miss Tawanna as well as my most recent requests for the recordings between myself and the Edward guy either. I last agreed to make a double payment on my next payday which is 5days away but I also agreed that I'd try to work and get together any extra money I could as well but the 27th was the only day that I could guarentee the full almost $800 she wanted as she promised herself that she would then go back and personally complete the deferment that the Edward guy had FAILED to do as we had agreed he would TWICE but instead of making it to the 27th They picked up and damaged my vehicle due to some careless towing guys.

I got my first car with them in July. They said they did an inspection and cleaned the car out and Inside. The inside had a few stains but it was manageable. I get home and while on the road after almost being hit I realized the horn didn’t work… So I took it back. They allowed me to trade the car when they could’ve simply fixed the problem so I traded it. The second car I get is a Mitsubishi (Bad choice) but the interior and sound system is Immaculate! This was July 5th, 2021. July 23rd, 2021 the car starts to run really funny. July 29th while I am on the road in traffic the car shuts down and wouldn’t let me pull forward. I call their warrant company (DOWC) and they come to Tow my Car August 4th, 2021. As of today August 31st, 2021. I have not had nor driven my vehicle since July 29th but they’re calling expecting a payment for a car that I have not physically had in my yard for a month. The warranty company is the POOREST because they do not call nor email you about process or progress of your vehicle. I’m paying $250+ for a Uber to get to work because THEY’RE playing around with my car in addition to me waiting just to get my claim approved I will also have to wait for them to actually fix my car that’s been sitting there for a MONTH… If you worked hard for your month I’m BEGGING you to not go to USAuto Sales! CarMax or Carvana is slightly better. I’m going to be getting lawyers involved soon because I refuse to allow that car to sit on my credit if I will not be getting it back.

It crazy I am just seeing these reviews cause had I known what I know now I would not have ever brought a car from this place only had the car about like 3 going on 4 months I told Corey the salesman that breaks was bad when I test drove the car I need a car I work in morrisville,nc and live in Durham,nc that about a 30 min difference and I got tired pay my so call spouse 200 every 2 weeks to take me back and forth and than he started tagging on gas so a car was a must and a plus for me the first month having the car the back breaks went bad remind I told the sales he said if happens to be the breaks call back and they would fix it guess what I did call and never got respond I had pay for it myself and I had made my first payment on car to only get a message a week later to tell I have to make payment I said hold on I just did than I call when I went to lunch for them to tell me they going based on how I get paid every 2weeks I said this was not told she read the agreement to me and said monthly I should’ve known something want right she was reading it quickly and all they can say when you call in is that you sign the agreement and each time I tell to pull up recording that they do when you doing your signing nobody can’t pull that up you will when she say monthly and when I say can you pay early and ask her monthly and she say yes so now they tell me monthly my car 480 remind the car almost had 100,000 miles on it but anyway the second month the front breaks and break caliber goes out I had to get that fixed and filed a dispute with the warranty company have not received a dime of money back but they want their money for the car note and here is the 3rd month my ac goes out it summer time it’s been in the 90s and I just found out I am pregnant like really call them they give me shops to take it too most of the day they don’t deal with them no more and to tell them to take them off their list and other want to do look at and do stuff and want to pay money to do air check and than they will see what the problem and now the end of 3rd month guess what happens the engine goes out in my car where do they tell me to go to warranty department now I am waiting to see what they tell my mechanic my mechanic told me Alicia it’s a lot of problems wrong with this car just leave it alone but I need my car I make 18 hour I am not trying to lose my job over them and oh yeah so be careful if you get paid 3 times in one month they make you pay even after they just told me my payment was 480 a month they are greedy and don’t care

This is the worst experience with a vehicle in my life. I purchased a vehicle in November 2020. February 14, 2021, while I was in another state on a trip, the transmission in the vehicle goes out. US auto sales were not compassionate, apologetic, and/or accommodating in this situation. After going through 3rd party warranty and paying over $1500 for repairs, not including rental for a month, on July 2, 2021 the axle of the vehicle brakes. The warranty company does not want to cover the claim, US Auto sales are not excepting any responsibility and are pretty much stating they don't care. Thousands of dollars have gone to waist and US Auto sales wants to admit to selling a lemon vehicle. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS. YOU WILL END UP ON THE LOSING END.

All in all they don't do nothing they say they will. Had problems first day with my truck. Luckily I am a mechanic. I told them to cam it I would just fix it my self they wanted to take 3 days. For a five minute job. Crooked as I have ever seen. See they try and bend the law on some thing because a most ppl don't no it but you have the wright to take them to small claims and it doesn't cost anything. They may have money but they can not get away with it keep all doc and record all phone calls with them. Evidence .that's all it takes. Wish they would try me .

I went to u.s. Auto Sales on North Florida Avenue in Tampa spoke with Don Powell about getting a car Don call me told me they had a car for me I needed to put a deposit down on the car I put $500 down on the car I told her initially I had $700 I went into the dealership gave Dawn $200 in cash she gave me a receipt I was told the car was in route to the dealership in Tampa 2 Days Later I call about the car I haven't heard anything from her she told me that the car was having problems I called another day they told me the car motor had blown so I went to the dealership about getting my money back $500 I put down on the car was from my credit card debit card sorry I was told it would take two weeks for me to get my money back plus the $200 got the $500 in the two weeks he told me waited another week on the $200 what into the dealership concerning my $200 dollars spoke with Dawn once again she referred me to the manager forget the manager's name but the manager told me that she put it in for the deposit buy an email she was notified that the deposit was sent out November 3rd went back to the dealership several times still haven't received my money the last time I went back to the dealership the manager was very rude and disrespectful when I confronted her about my deposit she told me she did all she can do there's nothing else she can do so I would just have to wait is there anyone in management that's going to read this text message please get in touch with me at 941 565 24 51 because when I ask about getting in touch with someone I was told everyone at U S Auto Sales are working from their house so she can't give me someone's number that's working from their house which I don't believe that my name is Alfonso Chandler again if anyone in management are any higher-ups read this text message please give me a call thank you
