My Name Is Kimberly Campbell I purchase this car which was a 2016 Nissan Rogue From US Auto Address 2494 Savannah Highway Charleston South Carolina 29407 Ive been without this vehicle for 5 days now tomorrow May 25 2022 will make 6 days reason being a blown Gasket and engine blown I Kimberly Campbell had the car towed to Pep Boys Part store on Savannah Highway My car that I purchase did not get looked at until Yesterday Monday May 25 2022 I made my down payment on time made all the extra strange payments as well Since Friday May 20 2022 The Car kept shutting of on me Thanks to a very nice Police officer from The City of Charleston SC came to my Rescue and stayed with me until towing came I thought I was getting a good deal and service but obviously not The service Representative I originally who helped me was a Ms Renee sorry I don't have her last name but I can get it Then a Mr Robyn another salesman Handle My Purchase under Ms Renee who actually helped me from the beginning So I don't feel comfortable with the service I am now getting from US Auto Sales Ive been getting a different story everyday Ive been having to catch transportation for me and my son who had to be dropped of to and picked up from school separate payment have decided with the help of a few state officials friend of mine to guide me through this this is not a scared tactic but no one hesitated to collect my downpayments and added fees and now I am expected to make a car payment that I no longer have I believe I am waiting to speak to someone from your corporate office I thank God that we are from a Christian family and just want to be treated with honesty and respect and Im sure you at US Auto Sales would expect and want your family member to be treated with honesty and Respect As well so I cant work tomorrow ran out of transportation funds and now have to find a way to get my son to school its now 6;11 pm so If I cant get in a vehicle by Wednesday Morning May 25 2022 I would like to request my money back tomorrow please and I shouldn't have to make a car payment for a vehicle that I don't have or should be compensated and if I get a vehicle before signing anything I would like the vehicle to be checked for everything and get it in writing, Thank You Kimberly Campbell A Loyal Customer so far but I May need to call the News Media Thank You again Kimberly Campbell Charleston SC a customer at Your US Auto Sales on Savannah Highway Charleston South Carolina

Us auto sales are MAJOR crooks! They sell faulty cars. If you buy from them be prepared for your car to be in the shop within 30 days of buying it! Also, they charge ridiculous fees on top of your payment. Like a per diem fee, extra insurance fee on top of the insurance they expect you to carry on the vehicle. So they double dip in insurance. I bought a van from them in 2019 and since then have had nothing but problems with it and with customer service! They are rude and will lie about any and everything when you call to get something resolved. For example I have been doubling up all my payments and for some reason they are not applying it to my account correctly so my balance is not moving by much. When I call to try to speak with them about this they give me the run around. Trying to tell me my extra payments where taken by per diem that is charged daily. Which is complete BS. I’m at the point where I am seeking the help of an attorney. They are stealing my money, double dipping in insurance, and scamming hardworking people into faulty cars! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM COMPANY!!!

Financed 2014 mustang coup for our daughter on October 2021. Had to return on February 2022 because they couldn't get a permanent title because: they sold us a dismantled, junk title car from Florida. Florida DMV finds it unsafe for the road and will not give title. It was not intended for regular sale. Was for parts only. Had a serious accident. It was bought in FLA. From an insurance company and fixed to fool an innocent consumer. We hired The consumer group in Richmond VA. to get our money returned. We had alignment issue. Check engine light issue. Oxygen sensor issue (they say) but don't really know. Grinding noise when turning wheel. Possibly the axle from frame damage? Bad tires which we made them change few days after brought home car. Missing mud flaps which I made them replace. 2 Rims missing mustang emblems. Hood slight mis alignment. Scratches and scrapes hidden with black wax that showed later during a car wash. Oil change not done at initial request of deal. had to be done during the return a week later at the mud flap install and tire change. My child's first experience for her first car. They should be ashamed! How upsetting! Please always do a Carfax before a purchase. Ask if it was in an accident. Ask if it has a salvage title. Make sure title is cleared before any deal. Take test drive and have mechanic check 100 % Do not buy a service contract it covers nothing on used cars and costs you $1,516.00. Do not sign a contract with arbitration clause in it. Means you can not sue in court!

If you’re looking to buy a car from US Auto Sales, I advice you not to. This company is selling bad cars and it has been proven by one of the Pep Boys where they take their cars to be serviced. I personally bought a car in August if this year and have been having transmission issues every since I bought it. I went back to the location I bought it from and they told me it’s covered under warranty and to take it to a repair shop and it would covered under warranty. Well the repair shop charge diagnostic fees which isn’t covered under warranty, which I had to pay out of pocket. The repair shop also said it would take minimum 6 months to get the part that’s needed for the part for my car, I was told by a manager at US Auto sales that he’s going to make it right and call his boss to see what can be done and I haven’t heard back from him since then. My car is shaking really bad and there is a rattling noise. I don’t recommend anybody to buy from this company ever.

I purchased a vehicle 2 months ago shortly after a week I found a nest of roach in my car,all tires are rotten,having severe transmission issues. To top it off I never received my 100 referral and I should have known for cars with such high mileage the prices were outrageous. Sometimes the car overheats.They saud thwy did an oil change but 2 days after driving off the lot the oil change needed light cane on. Stay far away they scam you way to much and lie to you constantly.It’s sad how they never answer back to you either.

They are scammers. I don’t understand why they still in business. I got my car on Oct 4 by October 13 my car started smoking after leaving from having surgery come to find out I had a blown head gasket. Instantly called the dealership && told them I wanted another car. They was rude asf especially in the service && warranty department. Saying due to me having the car over 5 days I can’t return the car or swap it out. The man in warranty was so cocky && arrogant that he had the nerve to say catch a ride or Uber to work. Told him I work an hour away he asked why I work and hour away like why does that matters. Say it’s not in his job description to make sure I get back and forth to work. Said I could rent a car but they only refund you up to $35 dollars a day. Like I stay in Atlanta ain’t no rental car going for $35 a day. I regret doing business with them. && I got my car from the location on Cobb Pkwy in Marietta Ga

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THE COMPANY ITSELF IS HORRIBLE THE POEPLE WHO SOLD ME THE CAR WERE HORRIBLE NO FLOOR MATS IN A 2019 CAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY RED FLAG. BUT WHAT SEALED THE DEAL WAS THEM TRYING TO MAKE ME MAKE A PAYMENT AFTER MY CAR WAS PAID OFF!!! Like huh??.. And I’m not an angry customer I never missed a payment was never late never had my car cut off.. but anything to do with this sorry Ass fraudulent company has been a headache from start to finish the customer service people are horrible & the sales people are horrible and sneaky TAKE YOUR CAR TO A REAL DEALER TO HAVE IT CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY IT.. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!!. THEY EVEN MADE IT HARD TO REFINANCE THE CAR LUCKILY I GOT AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!! AND I ADVISE ANYBODY WITH A CAR FROM THEM TO GIVE IT BACK AND GO THRU OPEN ROAD LENDING FOR YOU CAR LOAN AND GO GET A REAL CAR!! DONT DO IT!! THERE ARE OTHER BUY HERE PAY HERE PLACES GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!

Don’t work for this company they suck the trainer sucks the people suck f them! everything they do is backwards and questionable really getting over on people and customers and they all over the place. They fired me because during training I kept getting up to take care of my 2 year old child who had covid mind you I said 2 and I already made them aware before even getting the job that I was a single mother and I had no help THEY told me to work from home and even stated that the training I had to go through didn’t apply to me they told me that it was ok and everything was fine not one time did anybody come to me and tell me that I was messing up or getting ready to be fired for having to manage taking care of my daughter and working because again they told me it’s ok we understand it’s just life right now bull ish . I have had no discipline actions before hand nothing on top of that the fact that I was apologizing everyday for having to step away and keeping everyone informed off what was going on. And the TRAINER is the one telling me your good girl this stuff don’t apply to you anyways but I’m still passing every test and exam yall give . F y’all
