No words to say how BAD this place is!!! Car had oil light on after I pulled out, seats rusted and won't budge, no antifreeze in car!!!! I will NOT be keeping this pile of junk! Haven't even made the 2nd deposit yet. Not sure I will either. These are SALVAGED CARS THEY DO NOT SHOW ON TITLE!!!! My mechanic showed me all the rust INSIDE the car and said this car has DEFINITELY been in a flood!!!! BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONS!! Watch out for a guy named Joey Johnson. He knows ZERO about cars!

Our vehicle got stolen and they won't even help locate it but we won't be paying on it I bet they locate then

I made my worst mistake buying from these people they cut my car off before it's even late and turned it off for 32 dollars and customer service people are ass wholes rude nasty....

Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy a car from these scammers! I purchased a vehicle in June and by July the airbag warning came on, the car consistently has low tire pressure because the tires are 6 years old and failing, not to mention the back brakes were completely worn down to the rotors!! You can hear the car screeching and squealing from miles away. I took the car to the shop (PepBoys), as THEY requested, and was told there is no way brakes wear down in a month but yet, they REFUSED to cover it stating brakes are routine maintenance which isn't covered under their scam warranty. Routine maintenance for brakes DOES NOT apply to a car that was supposed to be certified and inspected and fixed prior to selling! They seriously need to be put out of business. I am searching for a new vehicle from a reputable business and they can have their crap car back. Who knows what else is wrong with it.

After Having My Car Over A Month Now I Been Having Issues With The Car Already I Wouldn’t Recommend No One To Go And Get A Car From Us Auto Sales Im At The Point Now Back And Where I Started Car In The Shop And No Vehicle To Drive I Will Be Missing Work If I Cant Get To Work Due To My Car Being In The Shop At This Point Im Pissed

I WILL SAY I AGREE WITH EVERYONES REVIEWS THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE I CALLED THEM TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR $60 OF MY CAR PAYMENT THESE PEOPLE GAVE ME A HORRIBLE TIME AND THEN THEY SHUT MY CARE DOWN FOR $60 OF A $475 PAYMENT MIND YOU ALL WAS PAID EXCEPT THAT AND LORD KNOWS THEY DONT LET YOU BE LATE THEY WONT GIVE YOU A GRACE PERIOD. I AM ABOUT TO FIND MYSELF ANOTHER VEHICLE FINANCED BY SOME ONE ELSE ONCE I DO THAT JUST TRULY SAY F@#K IT AND RUIN MY CREDIT AND DO A VOLUNTARY REPOSSESSION AND TELL THEM TO PICK THEIR TRASH UP FROM THE SIDE OF THE ROAD i NEVER EVER WANT ANOTHER VEHICLE THRU THEM. IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THEM YOU WILL HAVE SO MANY REGRETS ONCE YOU DO THEM WILL HUMILIATE YOU DISRESPECT YOU AND TALK TO YOU LIKE TRASH. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY WILL ACT LIKE THE BEST PEOPLE TO GET YOU TO BUY AND THEN THEY ARE LIKE TOXIC POISON WITH NO COMPASSION FOR ANY ONE GOING THRU ANYTHING. PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU CAN GET A CAR FROM SOME WHERE ELSE PLEASE DO SO YOU WOULD DO BETTER TO GET BICYCLE WITH NO HEADACHE RATHER THAN DEALING WITH THESE AHOLES I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL I AM FOREVER DONE WITH THEM.. THEY F-ING SUCK I ABSOLUTELY HATE THEM I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL I FIND ANOTHER VEHICLE AND GIVE THIS PEACE OF TRASH BACK TO THEM AND ITS COMING REAL REAL SOON

I wished that I had read the reviews before I bought from them. We have had our car for two years now and have had trouble with sensors, check engine light.. you name it, it has happened. And on top of that, we transferred our insurance to the newer car and has been harassed about insurance for the last 2 years. Claiming we owe them money for keeping insurance on the car. Communication is awful and so are the representatives in customer service. They are unprofessional and speak ugly to you, disrespectful (CARDISA THRASHER). Very much in need of re-training. She has no home training or work ethics. Undoubtedly they will let anyone work for them. We did have trouble with the car in less then 30 days. Buyer’s beware. If I could get rid of it, I would. I’ve put too much money into it now. If I could give them a 0 rating, I would.

WHY IS US AUTO STILL IN BUSINESS? I've read many ppl complaints an it's terrible! I speak over all evil , scamming businesses as such to be SHUT DOWN ! CLOSE THEIR DOORS AND NEVER OPEN AGAIN! LET IT BE (spiritual levels to this lol 😆) yes yes
