first the part is not right for my car I have a dual exhaust system from the factory and these mufflers are for the mid body single exhaust and then I went to return them and I went and applied on your website and says already returned item and now can't get ahold of anyone or got ant response

Over all it was great except I wanted expedited shipping but never could get anyone to respond. I was willing to pay extra.

Placed order , never heard anything and expected delivery. Went to account online, message said you needed $30 more for shipping. When I ordered shipping was figured into that order. Canceled order as it sounded "fishy". You have no way to contact via phone , your # was disconnected and not in use.

Number one reason is the Price, and you can trust the company for delivering the product, only issue for me since i am older person and prefer to speak to customer service it was a big challenge. they respond quickly by email.

Your product was delivered in a timely manner.
