Just received 4 iridium plugs ($10 each) in a box big enough to hold 100 of them. No paper or bubble wrap. Just 4 plugs rattling around like an auto parts meraka. Poor packaging and shipping standards.

took 8 days to get it . not good when your working on something and want to get it done .

I ordered my exhaust parts pipe, bolts clamp and gasket and when I got the package I did not recieve the gasket, so much for finishing my job. Now what wait for it or just go try to get it somewhere else I sent them a message have not heard a response yet. Would be nice. If you say you have it on your website take my money then you should make good with the parts.

I was not knowing the part came from rock auto used parts I paid for a new one the welds in this are so bad it will rust after one year and I'll have to buy a new one crap!

When I received the part it had a huge crack across the middle of the part
