Good products and good service
I have had good experiences with US Auction Brokers in buying several items. Their auction format is straightforward, and items I have won have been authenticated by other sources as genuine. Additionally, their customer service was very helpful when USPS lost one order in the mail. It was eventually recovered, but in the meantime US Auction Brokers cooperated with me when I had the charges reversed on my credit card. They were prepared to file an insurance claim with USPS on my behalf, but then the item was located. Still, they advised me not to have the charges reinstated until the item was actually delivered. In all this, Alexie was very helpful and responsive to emails and phone calls. She was very courteous and professional throughout. With any auction house, it’s important to pay attention to all the terms of sale and to do as much research as possible on the items you are bidding on. That said, from my experience US Auction Brokers is a professional, above-board company that works seriously to ensure customer satisfaction, and I will continue to do business with them.
