Dear Michael, Thank you for the feedback. We understand that buyer premiums, processing costs and shipping can materially impact the total purchase price. Our goal is for bidders to understand their expected total cost before committing to a bid. As such, these charges are disclosed on our site, on our item page, and in our auction terms. Thanks to your feedback, we’re reviewing how we can more prominently these costs are presented. Should you have any other issues or questions just reach out to our customer service and we are happy to help. Sincerely, U.S. Auction Brokers Customer Service

Dear Jonathan, We've recently joined Trustpilot and are catching up on responding to earlier reviews. Thank you for your thoughts. We take all concerns regarding bidding practices, item descriptions, grading accuracy, and payment policies very seriously. We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent auction process and accurately representing the merchandise offered for sale. We invest significantly in attracting bidders and creating a competitive auction marketplace. Ultimately, it is the market—not the auction house—that determines the selling price. That is the nature of an auction: sometimes bidders secure exceptional values, while other times competitive bidding drives prices higher than anticipated. Regarding descriptions, we work with knowledgeable specialists to describe the merchandise and we continually strive to represent every item accurately. If an item is not as described, it is covered under our guarantee, subject to its terms. Customer service is the to answer any question at the time. Regarding deposits, for higher-value purchases, requiring payment by wire transfer is an established practice among many auction houses. This policy helps protect against fraudulent transactions and provides security for both buyers and our organization. Importantly, the payment method does not change our return policy or our commitment to stand behind the merchandise we sell. We appreciate your business and regret that your experience has left you wanting. We wish you the best. Sincerely, U.S. Auction Brokers Customer Service

Dear Stooge, We've recently joined Trustpilot and are catching up on responding to earlier reviews. Thank you so much for the feedback. Auction prices can be higher or lower than prices available through other sellers, and we encourage bidders to research comparable items and set their own maximum bid before participating. We appreciate your comments about bid increments and will include them in our review of the bidding experience. We wish you continued success in sourcing quality merchandise at competitive prices. Sincerely, U.S. Auction Brokers Customer Service

Dear Tej, We've recently joined Trustpilot and are catching up on responding to earlier reviews. We take allegations of unauthorized charges very seriously and want to clarify the facts surrounding your transaction. Our records confirm that you placed winning bids on several items. The items were invoiced, paid for, and shipped to the address provided with the order. When you contacted us questioning the charges, our customer service team responded by both telephone and email. We received no further communication from you following that explanation. We have found no evidence of an unauthorized charge or improper activity on our part. We stand behind the integrity of our auction company. Sincerely, U.S. Auction Brokers Customer Service

Dear Scooby, We've recently joined Trustpilot and are catching up on responding to earlier reviews. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We encourage customers to do their due diligence and believe transparency is essential to a successful auction marketplace. We invest significantly in marketing to attract bidders and create a competitive marketplace. Ultimately, auction prices are determined by bidders, not the auction house. Final selling prices may be higher or lower than prices available through other retailers. That is the nature of an auction, and we encourage bidders to research merchandise and establish their own bidding limits. Like most auction houses, we use established bidding increments that increase as bid amounts rise. These increments are part of the normal auction process. Our buyer's premiums, shipping charges, and other applicable fees are disclosed on our website and in our auction terms so customers can evaluate the total cost before bidding. We strive to accurately describe all merchandise, including distinguishing reproductions, attributed items, and pieces that are not represented as authentic branded originals. Regarding items appearing in multiple auctions, merchandise may be relisted for legitimate reasons, including unpaid purchases or transactions that were not completed. We take concerns about auction integrity and accurate merchandise representation seriously. We appreciate your feedback and welcome the opportunity to address any specific concerns. If you have any specific questions please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you. Sincerely, U.S. Auction Brokers Customer Service
