Prices are ridiculous
Prices are ridiculous. Look up what the items have sold for on a previous auction and then go online and see what you can buy those things items for. Only dummies buy from them. If you win an item for $10 you will end up sending $40 to get it to your house with their ridiculous shipping charge which is double what other people charge and their own 20% markup. There are plenty of honest auction houses. I advise you go to them first. This outfit is a joke. You see that big building on their website? they have an office in that building. They are borderline criminal. Most of the items you bid on they don't own. They have to buy them online and then send them to you that's why it takes so long to receive your items. Take it from me save your money been there done that.
Response from U.S. Auction BrokersOct 15, 2026
Dear Job, We've recently joined Trustpilot and are catching up on responding to earlier reviews. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns about pricing, shipping costs, and fulfillment seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our auction marketplace operates. We invest significantly in marketing to attract bidders and create a competitive marketplace. Ultimately, auction prices are determined by bidders, not the auction house. Winning bids may be higher or lower than prices available elsewhere, and we encourage customers to research merchandise and establish their own bidding limits. Our buyer's premiums, shipping charges, and other applicable fees are disclosed on our website and in our auction terms so bidders can evaluate the total cost before making a purchase. Shipping charges reflect more than postage alone and may include handling, packaging, and insurance. As an auction business, we work with providers and consigners who offer merchandise through our platforms. This is a standard practice in the auction industry and does not mean merchandise is purchased from online retailers after an auction closes. We recognize that timely shipping is important and continually work to improve our fulfillment process and customer experience. We appreciate your business and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We welcome the opportunity to review any specific concerns regarding your purchases, fees, or shipping. Please contact our customer service team with your invoice or lot numbers so we can address them directly. Sincerely, U.S. Auction Brokers Customer Service
