Vest issues
The only objection I have is that the vests are not sized well. The small was too large and the extra small was too small, even though the measurements given on your site showed the small should have fit him perfectly. Also, the Velcro service dogs label that you attach to the vest are useless unless sewn on, because they come off so easily. You either need to sew them on or imprint them. Your customer shouldn’t have to sew them on to ensure they will stay on the vest.

Hi Dianne, Thank you for the feedback and appreaciate it. The patches are not sewn in so that they can be cleaned easily and avoid the velcro patches from loosing their adhesion when washed together with the vest but we will be sure it gets to our shipping area so they can contact the manufacturer and see as to having the patches incorporated or directly sown on the vest.
