Hi Gladys, We are sorry to hear that the leash was not to your dog's size specification. We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. Please also have your order number or your dog's registration ID so we can find your order and process a replacement request. Kindly mail the vest back to the address on the package or if you'd like, you can keep it for 50% off which would just be $19.95 added to your card. Please lt us know how to proceed.
