It was easy acquiring the license. However, not all resturent or hotels will accept a service dog. [Emotional animal] they said they do not care what kind of service animal I have. It's up to the business owner to provide service or not. I think I wasted my money on this licence which all business owners don't care. They know we will not sue then for denying service to out pet.
