Hi Mary, You're order should come with two (2) ID cards on the envelope that contains your certificate for your dog. This i idntificxation that the dog is registered and can be attached to the vest. Hi Michaeline, We process all orders as we receive them and make no changes to them unless advised within the 1 business day processing time on all orders. We have corrected your dog's last name and we will mail out new cards and certificate at no additional cost as a ne time courtesy. Hi Paul, We are truly sorry to hear that your order did not make it in tme. We try to make sure to mail out all orders in a timely manner but once it leaves our office, we are no longer in control of the package and any delays with it. Please accept a $10 rebate manually refunded back on your card for any inconvenience and we have also refunded the cost of the priority shipping back on your card. Hi Natalia, We are sorry to hear that the vest wsa not a perfect fit for your dog. We offer free exchanges on any equipment that doesn’t fit your dog so If you ordered an item that does not fit your dog correctly, such as a vest or collar, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to process a free exchange. We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. When returning a vest, please make sure to return the vest patches as well or you may incur an additional charge. Kindly contact us at 888-656-DOGS (3647) so we can mail out the replacement size in a timely manner and pleaebe sure tohave your order number or your dog's registration number ready when you call.
