I ordered the tag in the catelogue but…
I ordered the tag in the catelogue but received something different. The staff immediately acted upon my inquiry and replaced it with the old style version. I, in turn, returned the first one received. All was conducted in a timely fashion further emphasizing the prudence to buy American and support local companies (and production).

Vest too big
I have a 8 pound Chihuahua. I ordered a small. Her vest is too big

We do offer a free exchange on any equipment that doesn’t fit your dog so if the vest you ordered does not fit your dog correctly, kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to process a free exchange at 888-656-DOGS (3647) with your order number or your dog's registartion ID number. We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. When returning a vest, please make sure to return the vest patches as well or you may incur an additional charge. Great Idea
It was a little confusing because they kept sending emails saying they would like to help me finish my order, but I had already finished each order. I do wish the service tag was metal like in the picture and there was no tag on the vest for "Service Dog". I got everything I asked for and got them very quickly.

Easy to use ordering process
Easy to use ordering process. Seemingly good quality of items. Informative website. Just a bit too pricey, in my opinion.

I got my order really fast
I got my order really fast. I paid extra to have a therapist call me and ask question which they did not, so I would like my money back.
