Hi Martha, We apologize for any issues with your Pyper Chaney's registration but we process all orders as we received them and make no changes to them. When we rceived Pyper Chaney's registration on Tue Nov 23 2021, she was registered as an emotional support dog and not a service dog. In addition, we have refunded the expedited shipping ($26.95) you paid extra back to your card as we see that your kit did not arrive on the specified time set by USPS and we would like to apologize again as we do not have any control of the package once it leaves our office. We have also tried reaching out to the number you left on the registration and left you a message. Furthermore, we have also reaised your concern about instructions to be included with items to be shipped out to our marketing area to see if there is a way we can include some instructional paper along with the items being shipped. Please conact us at 888-656-DOGS (3647) if you need to change the registration designation from emotional support to service dog and we will be more than happy to assist ytou with that. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
