Hi Erin, We are sorry to hear that you have not yet been contacted by the therapist assigned to you. We have sent him notice to contact you within theday and should hear from him regarding your ESA letter. You have registered Carter under the Instant Delivery Kit which comes with a lifetime registration of your dog with an electronic ID card with your dog's picture, dog's name, and the handler name delivered by email within minutes of placing your order. You will have to print out the ID card at home. Nothing physical comes in the mail. Does not come with certificate, only ID card. If you would like to get a card or certificate mailed out to you, we can upgrade you to the Standard Kit for an extra $20 and mail you out a laminated ID card and Certificate. Hi Chance, We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your dog's registration. You have registered Swisher as your service animal under the Electronic Delivery Kit where your service dog's registration ID card will be delivered electronically by e-mail within minutes and will contain your dog's lifetime registration number for future lookup in our database at any time. You can print out your dog's electronic ID card at home or pull it up on your cell phone to show to anyone who asks. The kit is $39 and you also requested to speak with one of our mental health professional for a consultation and letter which is $140 and also requested a pack of 50 ADA info cards for $19.99 that you give out to business owners and others who are ignorant of the ADA laws so they can get out of your way and you can continue living your life with your service or emotional support dog. Lastly, you also requested for an electronic certificate to come with in your email for $7.99 which comes to the $200. Hi Ethel, We are sorry to hear that you had issues with flying with your service animal. Under the Airline Carrier Access Act, service dogs needs to be provided accommodation to travel with their handlers n the cabin when flying. They may only ask what task the dog is trained to perform and whether or not the dog is a service dog. If you need to take this up higher, you may file grievance with the ACAA (Airline Carrier Access Act) at 800-778-4838. We also offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee so if If you’re are not satisfied with your order let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve your issue. If we can’t resolve your issue, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items and a full refund will be processed. Please ship all items in your order back to our office. Once again, our registrations are recognized in all 50 states. This is not a scam, we have a 96% satisfaction rating. We would also like to remind you that according to the ADA, registration is not required and the only thing that is required by law to have a service dog is verbal assurance that your dog has been trained to be a service dog. Registration ID cards, certificates, tags, vests, etc are not required by law although many people find that having these materials with them makes their lives much easier as they help to avoid hassle and allow people to instant recognize your dog as a service or emotional support dog. Additionally, many business establishments, apartment complexes, and airlines require the use of registration paperwork and/or vests, tags, etc so we would advise you to check in advance about what is required. If we can’t resolve your issue, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items and a full refund will be processed. We will even waiver the 14 days but please be sure to contract us and send/ ship all items in your order back in the condition that they were received to our office.
