Replacement Vest
I called to let you know that the collar was to small for Gracie. I am late getting the one that is too small back to you but it is coming, in the meantime, it has been over a week and I haven't received my replacement vest that I have paid for.

what Made my experience good was it was easy . The only thing was I had to contact you because I didn't receive my accessories I had order but eventually It arrived.

AMAZING Customer Service
Customer service here is what made me come back and give better 4 star review. I saw many good reviews, and I got a therapist the 1st time that was unresponsive started feb 25th, I kept trying to reach out and got nothing back other than "we will be in touch in few days". That went on for 2.5weeks. I then reached out to customer service, and they were able to help get me a new therapist and I was able to get approved after a session that went very well. Thank you again to customer service for helping when it was needed.

It would be nice for you to have the…
It would be nice for you to have the length of the leashes available. Size Large and Medium is subjective.

Hi Amy, We apologize but for now, we only carry two (2) sizes for the leash. The Small one which is 48 inches long and typically fo dogs less than 20 pounds and the Large which is 60 inches long and typically for dogs over 20 pounds as stipiulated on the website when choosing a size. Helpful describing the process
They were helpful on explaining the process and they got things setup that was needed in order for my dog to get certified. I was happy to know that my dog qualified to be an ESA, but it turns out my dog is actually a Service Animal. Unfortunately due to change in status I had to pay for another ID and certificate. But they discounted the ID.
