Hi Donna, We apologize but it seems you have registered your dog Kayley under our Instant Delivery Kit ($39). This comes with a lifetime registration of your dog with an electronic ID card with your dog's picture, dog's name, and the handler name delivered by email within minutes of placing your order. You will have to print out the ID card at home. Nothing physical comes in the mail. Does not come with certificate, only ID card. If you'd like to get an plastic laminated ID card and the registration certificate, we can proicess and mail those out to you for $25. We are still waiting for the return so we can ship it to the new address you have provided us but we have not received it yet. Hi Joaquin, We are sorry tohear that you were not allowed to fly with your registered service dog. We would like to getmore insights on the reason why since according to the final ruling by the Department of Transportation, Service animals including psychiatric service dogs are the only dog's allowed to travel with their dog's inside the cbin with no additional charges. The dog needs to be trained to to perform a specific task to help a disabled person and present a letter from your primary care physician. Hi Benjila Demouy, We apologize but we had to change manufacturer/s over the years as some of them are longer in business from 10 years ago. Please accept a rebate for half the price of the vest manually rebated back on your card or you may also send the vest back for a full refund for the vest. We have tried reaching out to the number listed on the registration (6469445973) but it seems you are not available. We can also exchange the vest for a winter style vests which are a little more heavy duty at no additional cost. Please let us know how to proceed by contacting us at 888-656-DOGS (3647).
