Hi Clara, We apologize for the phone calls becasue we only wanted to make sure that you did not pay extra for shipping since you registered your dog under the Instant Delivery Kit where the card comes to you only by email and nothing is to be shipped. We are simply asking confirmation if you would like to get an actual card and certificate because you added priority shipping on an order that has nothing to ship. We also ask that you contact your bank as the shipping cost was refunded on way back on 10/2 when we finally reached you after several atempt. Thank you.
