The process to check out was good, however I never received a tracking number. I had to reach out to get the tracking number. Also the shipping option of only the usps was a disaster I received my packet a month after purchasing it. I should have known better then to use the usps but there were no other options. Update: I greatly appreciate usa service dogs quick response to my feedback and I have decided to change my rating to a 5 star do to them going above what they needed to do. Thank you.

Haven’t gotten to place everything on my dog yet, but I’m excited to! Everything was very efficient with the shipping and handling.
