Was an easy process. Does exactly what it says it does. If your wanting your pet to be with you wherever you live you NEED the letter from therapist too. Not just the registration card. That process is easy though. They find one who's available to call you, you go to that therapists website set up an appointment for that day or the next, then they will call you. Dont worry its not a real "therapy" session. All they ask is questions about your animal and what kind of emotional support your animal provides you. Then the therapist will email you the letter you need for housing.
