Quick and simple !

Received the first vest and it broke so I reordered another vest in a larger size. Came in fast so I had it for my dog within a week.

It was delivered to me in a timely matter everything that they said was in the package came to me they even went above and beyond because I gave them a weird address the 1st time as undelivable by the Post Office and they sent it back to me without issue.

Very easy to obtain, and get your beloved K9 to become a service dog. I am very pleased! Sasha helps me so much throughout the day, glad I am able to take her wherever I go now!

i would like the form that the dr fills out .i thought it was included but did not reseve it

Ordering process was easy and provided us great services for our dog needs. Customer service was really fast and helpful for us to exchange our leash for a different size. I recommend USA Service Dogs to all!

Signing up was easy and fast

I received my order in a week, it's very nice and well made. The coller is a bit large but he won't leave my side so it works also the vest is a little snug so just make sure you measure carefully. I messed up and ordered the emotional support instead of the service one. But that is on me.
