Hi Elise, We are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with your dog's registration specifically with the DOT certification. This is something that should come from a medical/ mental health doctor and not the registration service. If you do not have a local therapist who can issue you this letter, we do work with several therapists who can evaluate you by phone and issue you an ESA letter if deemed appropriate. There are a few cases reported that they received the package open which may have been caused by some unforeseen issues while in transit.
