Never heard of these guys before, I buy a lot of parts for my customers vehicles. Some I can only get as used. Thats when I called USA Parts, they were upfront about all cost to have this item delivered to my shop. Said it would be about a week to process as they had to remove the engine from the vehicle. Well worth the wait. Came in just like they said. Added fluids, filters and replaced the rear main seal. Touched the key and the motor started right away. Called and ordered 2 more engines and a transmission that are coming in next week.

Everyone is very friendly, they were really helpful in figuring out what exact engine I needed for my car. They offered a couple tips to try before purchasing an engine which is really cool as most places would have just sold me an engine without even batting an eye. Got the engine from them, had it installed, my car seems healthier now than it ever was. I will be recommending my close friends to them, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This is a legitimate business and I've had no problems with them or the motor I purchased. When my transmission goes out, they will be the company of to!

I needed a replacement engine for my car, they were the only ones who offered financing through PayPal and had a decent warranty. It was a used engine but it was affordable and if they back it for the next 5 years I can not complain. Delivery took about 2 weeks.

Was referred to this place by my mechanic who said they have had several customers use them before and had great luck. I was skeptical at first as I have never ordered anything this expensive before online. That is why I want to leave this review because their aren't many out there. I called in and asked about the engine I needed, they were super helpful in getting me pointed in the right direction. They asked several questions to ensure I was getting the right item, I looked it up wrong and almost ordered the wrong part, not sure what CNG is but its not compatible with my truck. Engine arrived a couple weeks later, looked like a good engine, my mechanic told me a used motor is going to have to have gaskets replaced which was no big deal. He went ahead and installed it, started up first try no problems. Got my truck back 2 days later. Was running really really good, I was so happy to have my truck back you have no idea. Been 7 months since we got the truck back. Have had no issues with the engine, a sensor went bad but that was an easy fix didnt call USA Parts Online about it. I highly recommend these guys if you are needing an engine or transmission or any part for your car. I will be calling them if I ever need an engine or transmission for my vehicles.

When we first bought an engine from them it arrived pretty quickly. But when we took a look at the motor we tried to turn it over but it didn’t budge so we knew that it was seized up. We called them and got with someone who was a great help to us. We requested a replacement motor since it was still under warranty and they needed to talk to a manager about it which was fine with us. When he got back to us he said that he could send us another engine and that he would In touch with us. We greatly appreciated the amount of help that we received from them. They were giving updates on the progress of the engine in the warehouse and even when it was shipping. When the motor arrived we were told that we could use anything that we needed off the first engine. Which that has proven very helpful.
