Total scammers. The positive reviews are completely fake. I like many others before me ordered a $1700 transmission that was never delivered and when I tried to ask for my money back they say there’s a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs despite never providing a tracking number. Avoid.

Avoid these clowns like the plague. Ordered a transmission over 1 month ago. Needless to say, my transmission has yet to show up. These guys are lucky I don't live near them.

I purchased an engine from this guys about 6 months ago. Needless to say they sold me a defected engine and when I call for a replace or refund they refused. I would stay away from doing business with this people, they are a bunch of crooks. I will sue them and see how far I can get to get some compensation but my advice to all of you who are thinking to do business with them, stay the hell away from buying from them.

This company is a joke. They will say your item shipped but never deliver until it is too late to file a fraud claim. DO NOT USE THEM!

0 Stars as this company scammed me out of $2239 for a transmission in March that was never received. I pray nothing but heaping buckets of hot coals on them. God's will be done. All the people you have robbed and scammed. There has to be justice served!

Very bad experience. We bought a $1200 transmission. Never arrived. Multiple phone calls with no promise of my part showing up. The worst customer experience I have ever seen in a company. If you enjoy losing money, being lied to and scammed- they are your company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY'LL DELAY DELAY DELAY ON YOUR SHIPMENT AND THEN CHARGE A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE AND NOT EVER HAVING THE PART. ALSO THEY MAKE IT SEEM THEY'RE PARTS ARE RE-BUILT OR NEW AND OFFER THESE 5 YEAR WARRANTY'S AND MAKE UNITS APPEAR TO BE RE-BUILT AND THEY'RE NOT. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITSELF.

I would give negative stars if possible!! I ordered a transmission over a month ago and I was told 7-10 business days. I tried to get a hold of this company so many times and no one answers their phones or returns calls! I own a mechanic shop and I will say this is absolutely the worst customer service or even service I have ever received! I will NEVER order from them again and I would recommend no one to ever use this company!!!!
