United States Artificial Intelligence Institute (USAII)Reviews of usaii.org

USAII is a great learning platform. I did the CAIS. The course was made easy to understand with the materials and videos by experts in the field. I learnt a lot from the program. Thanks to the support of the team. The learning materials are easy to understand and practice. Very good explanation on AI, ML, Computer vision etc. Learning is self-paced and online. I always refer to the course materials to gain more understanding.

The course content was great.. However, they could do a tad better with customer experience. I sent an email and I never received a reply. The chat was great however. The course content although seems not to reflect the current pace of AI development provides a deep understanding of fundamentals of AI which the learner can build up on. There is almost never any certification that can capture a candidate's credibility in such ever evolving field.

CAIE certification gives me a lot of knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence. However, my only issue is the book concepts do not cover the new things such as LLMs, Multi-Modal, etc. Thanks to USAII for this certificate.

The course provided a good balance of interactive videos and text book material. To address the other reviews speaking of outdated content, the world of technology is constantly changing, especially AI. At the end of the day, the CAIE course teaches the fundamental concepts of machine learning, python, and machine learning frameworks. With how fast things move, it would be impossible to update the course materials without affecting the students certification timeline. After completing my certification exam, a representative contacted me asking for feedback. They informed me that are in the process of creating more practice exams and updating the relevant course material. Overall I am satisfied. The only critique I have is that I wish I had a sense of direction at first. There is a lot material, so simply reading the books front to back and watching the videos in random order can be overwhelming. A course outline and best practices for the completing the course is the only improvement I see needing to be made.

I recently completed the Certified Artificial Intelligence Scientist program offered by the United States Artificial Intelligence Institute (USAII), and I can confidently say that it had a profound impact on my career. The program provided a comprehensive and in-depth curriculum that covered a wide range of AI concepts, algorithms, and applications. The materials developed by instructors who are highly knowledgeable and experienced, offering practical insights and real-world examples that enhanced my understanding. The certification not only bolstered my credibility as an AI professional but also opened doors to new career opportunities. The USAII certification program is truly beneficial for anyone looking to advance their AI expertise and make a meaningful impact in the field.
