I shared the same belief initially, assuming it was a scam. However, it turned out not to be true. I have asked them nicely to send me a refund back and to stop the application process and they have sent me all the money back. Maybe i was lucky or they are actually legit and they are just an intermediare. Actually on their website it says that(so i didn’t pay enough attention, my bad) anyway, i happy everything is sorted out.

I hung up nicely after I said I'd rather pay direct to USA Embassy Wgtn, NZ for travel visa. Will follow thr wth NZ Scam/Fraud. Be very careful people.

They charged me $2500, but now reported them to my bank credit card company. I would strongly advise anyone considering engaging with USAGCO to exercise extreme caution. My experience with them has left me regretful and wary of online transactions, as they seem to be driven solely by ulterior motives and an insidious desire for financial gain. Be wary and stay vigilant when dealing with unfamiliar entities, especially those requesting sensitive personal information.

it looks a lot like a scam, they asked me for money over the phone during the first conversation and when i said i would check their company details first they said my application would be deleted if i didn't do the payment now

Una mia amica è caduta nella loro trappola. Ha trovato nel web questi venditori di illusioni cercando "green card lottery" credendo che fossero un'ente governativo degli Stati Uniti. Ha pagato 39$ per la partecipazione alla presunta lotteria e poi loro si sono fatti vivi via email e via telefono chiedendo dati del passaporto, foto dei membri della famiglia e dati della carta di credito. Chiedevano anche 2000$ per la pratica. Lei allora ha replicato che sapeva che la partecipazione era gratuita, e loro hanno risposto che c'era un lungo iter da seguire, e che avrebbe potuto dare 1000$ per il momento. Al che lei ha capito che era una truffa e li ha scaricati. Il numero di telefono con cui l'hanno insistentemente chiamata è +1 786-471-3516. Diffidate e denunciateli!! Fortuna che esiste TrustPilot!!

chiedono soldi senza dare nessuna spiegazione non date codici di carte e altro è una semplice azienda che vende servizi a caro prezzo... per la lotteria della green card (che è gratis in parte) rivolggetevi al consolato.

Please hang up the phone immediately if you get a call from this company, a complete scam. I too went through all their questions and was told that I’d met all their requirements but as soon as I said I didn’t want to pay them any money over the phone things got heated. This is where they completely lost me as they refused to send me the details over email so I could do my due diligence before handing over any money. The American woman on the phone was very persistent which just got me annoyed so I told her firmly that there was no way I’d hand over my card details and thanked her before hanging up. I’m pretty sure they will not ring me again, make sure you do the same. It’s a con!
