I received my flag order and everything came as expected. One thing I did not expect was , there is no way to hook into the flag sleeve so as to affix it the two clasps on the flag pole. If I ordered the wrong flag please advise. Thank you.

I loved the way the hat fitted. I brought three hats and I was pretty happy. I believe I received these hats about a week ago. The embroidery machine needs some improvement or attention. The embroidered stars had four stars look connected with one white thread. Another hat star looked like it lost it's way as it continued to embroidered on that one star. It made it look like a circle. Back on the first hat there was a navy thread coming out of red stripe about 1/2 inch from the top border going diagonal down to outside of second white embroidered stripe edge. I know all the stars can't be perfect, so maybe that's why your machines might need maintenance or slow down the speed to get more quality. I haven't clipped the threads off yet, so maybe it won't come unravel. I think it will hopefully be alright.

Only reason for a "4" instead of a "5" is the fact your flag pole and mounts are made in China. I assumed, shame on me, that the USA Flag Company made their products in America. Perhaps your flags are made in America, but the hardware to hold them seems to be all made in China? In either case, I think your site should make that more clear, and in the end, make your things here in the states. I paid more for your stuff than I could have from someone, another reason I thought it was made in America, but the pole and bracket are well made, just don't need to buy things from China anymore. The Quality/ Condition of flag when I received it. Was in great condition for the distance it traveled.. 👍
