Last month, (beginning of August 2025), I bought a US flag to display flat. It is not rectangular. It's not even close. It measures 62" across the top, 64" across the bottom, 36" on the right side and 35" on the left side. Looking at it, it is obviously out-of-dimension. I posted a review on USA Flag's website and gave it two stars and explained why. I got an email asking me to confirm that my review was authentic. To which responded. That was at least three weeks ago. To add insult to injury, the review was never posted. No wonder they only have good reviews. What a waste of money. I'm going to have to buy another flag. This one is not good enough to display.

I ordered a Flag Frame September/October when I didn’t receive it, I called spent about 30 minutes on hold for customer service to be told that my order hadn’t been shipped as it was in back order. I called again on the next dated to be told the same thing again waiting 30 minutes on hold. This is a very important gift for a grandson. My next scheduled day is November 28th I hope it arrives or someone from the company calls me. Don’t think I will be a repeat customer🤬 Michael Emmerson
