The worst online experience
The worst online experience of all time. I purchased a Grease Trap paying $98 for shipping. It was written by email that would arrive Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday. No help, No collaboration. Look elsewhere. VERY BAD.

I can't get this thing to work,Power is on ,ready light is on ,water is 180 degrees, I pushed the start button but nothing happens,help please

Worst service I have ever had.
I work for Hillstone Restaurant Group. It's two months later, I've called this company maybe 20 times, and my issue is still not resolved. The original delivery was almost a month later, they tagged the wrong tracking code on it, it was sent to New Jersey instead of Florida, then the product was damaged in transit, I had to call several times just to even figure out what had happened, worst company I have ever worked with. If you are reading this review, I warn you not to order from this company, their service is astoundingly awful and it's a gamble that you might not even get what you ordered.
