UsaberkeyfiltersReviews of usaberkeyfilters.com

Don't buy here. There are plenty of other more reputable companies from which to buy Berkey Water Filters. They will take your money no problem but good luck getting a refund if they tell you they can't ship to your State (which btw they won't ship to CA ). They won't lift a finger to help you out past taking your money. The exchange was highly unprofessional on so many levels (they don't pick up the phone and will contradict themselves: on the one hand promising a refund followed by 'but there's no guarantees').

I purchased the Stainless Steel Tru-View Water Spigot (TVWS-SS) on usaberkeyfilters and the item does not work as advertised. I filled out a form to return the item and was given several different phone numbers to call. After a lengthy process I was told I would only get a 50% refund and would have to pay shipping, which is effectively not a refund at all.
