Usa2meReviews of usa2me.com

I've been using usa2me.com for over a year. Everything works great. Good and fast customer service communication. Everything is organized. Could get my letters images/scan really fast. Good pricing for shipping the letters with worldwide option. Received few scam letters after applying for a trademark, the company was fair enough not to charge me the associated fees in order to dispose of my letters.

Great customer service and always helpful and reliable.

Ive been using usa2me for several months and i have to say the have a Great service!!! with no hastle at all, they answer any question with a concrete answer in a short time. ALL my packages have been handled perfectly.

I have been using USA2ME from last 4 years for my international shipments. My experience is 100% flawless and Iam never disappointed from their qualified team members. I always get prompt reply of my emails/requests and economical shipping rates globally. Before 4 years, I was bit confused having many choices but then I did complete online/offline research for BBB A+ ratings, read all online comments, compared each service, asked many friends and obtained one final answer “if you want professional people, then blindly select USA2ME because old is gold in this industry”. So far, I have received countless shipments and every time it was proven that USA2ME management is detail-oriented and highly skilled. As a loyal customer, I can easily anticipate many fruitful years ahead with USA2ME without any doubt.

One of the best company to offer USA address. After account signup address was instantly available. They will manage all your needs professionally. Would highly recommend them!

My family and I are expatriate US Citizens living in Taipei Taiwan. I’ve been using USA2ME services for 15, maybe 20 years. It is a true blessing to have a central point for packages from grandparents to the children, orders from Amazon, things we get from the US we can’t find in Taiwan, and spare parts for misc repairs to the house or the car. We found this central point when we discovered and starting using USA2ME. The staff at USA2ME are the best at what they do. They take really good care of your stuff, they repackage wisely to save on shipping cost, and they are fast and reliable. They communicate frequently and clearly and in these 20 odd years and dozens of packages, we have never lost one nor had anything broken. When you live in a foreign country there’s a lot of culture shock. Things are just different. USA2ME has been our “lifeline to home” all these years.

USA2ME is at the right price point. I've found them to give me the individual, professional and personal service that I demand (and I have very high expectations). They have provided close to instantaneous service upon request, including re-scanning documents that were partially unreadable. I'm a very happy camper! r-squared.

These guys were awesome. I signed up and made a mistake as I needed a P.O. box in Delaware. They instantly processed a refund, no questions asked. You often find out about the calibre of a company when things don't work. Top-notch experience and clearly a company of integrity.
