Very helpful and responsive in service and shipping. I've had a couple times they have gone above and beyond in ensuring scans and international shipping invoice and address information has been correct before shipping. This makes sure I receive my packages easily through customs.

Great service so helpful when traveling abroad. They scan my mail if I request so I can get it right away. They have also mailed items to me abroad and sent out mail for me that I have sent to them via email pdf without having to send it international mail. I love USA2me ❤️

Although I did not use USA2Me, I am VERY impressed with the customer service and their business practices. I signed up with plans to move in with my girlfriend in California, but we were history before I made my move, so I sent USA2Me an email telling them that needed to cancel. I was fully expecting that I would have to jump through a few hoops repeatedly - like emailing or calling them over and over to get my money back - as is the case with so many services companies these days. Bow, was I was wrong! Two hours after I requested to cancel my service (Via ONE email! Without even calling!), I logged in to get the address that I had signed up for, in case I needed it. I got a message saying. YOUR ACCOUNT IS CANCELED. NO SHIT!!! Shock! Wow! :oO That happened so fast and so easy! And they had made no charge to my card! I was expecting to have to fight to get the account canceled, and they did it in less than two hours after only one email! This is something only LEGITIMATE companies do, and USA2Me deserves to be recognized for it.
