After not receiving my package ordered in Nov I contacted the support team who very actively engaged with me on the shipping issue. They kept on touch for the 2 months that my package roamed through the postal service. Finally, at my request they reshipped the order and even investigated using another mail carrier. I finally received my order yesterday after the support team let me know it was set for delivery that day. I received the paintings and got to work on my first one right away. The canvas is well marked, the paints and brushes are in good condition. The product seems to be top notch, bit the customer service is even better. Thank you FiguredArt.
