Shipping Takes Long, Customer Service Bullies
Their website only publishes 4 or 5 star reviews. I wish I would have looked closer at the red flags. I felt bullied by the customer service reps who discouraged me from returning my order. My order took over a month to be received. The items did not ship within 2-3 days as represented. Response to vendor: Only one of the kits was in transit 12 days after I placed the order. I contacted customer service to try and avoid having to return the one knowing I would not receive it in time. I was told I would need to send each kit back separately to two different places and it would be very expensive. Not worth the aggravation.

Dear John, You ordered 2 paint by numbers "already framed" kits which are made-to-order, we clearly mention on our website those designs are produced and shipped from our workshop. And both kits have been delivered to you. For fast delivery you can choose from our "SHIPS FROM USA" collection. We checked the conversation with our Customer Service team. You asked for a refund 12 days after placing your order, while it was already in transit. Too late for us to cancel your order. You can return the products and we will refund your order once we receive the 2 kits back. Have a good day.
