Shipping takes a while, but you get it in good condition and their support is very responsive. They have a nice variety too.

I sent in a picture of my finished PBN and Figured'Art asked if they could use it. I have ordered many times from them and they always deliver a consistent product. I recommend Figured'Art to get you to the next level of your enjoyment and skill.

The paints provided in the kit do not match the colors in the included picture ("Ocean Galleon"). The vintage ship should be various shades of brown-as in the picture. Instead I received 6 pots of different shades of green, so now I would have a green ship. I will be happy to purchase the appropriate paint.

I honestly wanted to write a positive review that reflects the current situation we have in this country, my profession has been logistics and shipping for several years. I ordered my canvas back in March and I knew it would take a very long time for me to get this order due to the pandemic. I didn't freak out- I remained CALM. A lot of people do not understand the difficulties in regards to shipping products from other countries, especially China at this time. My order arrived today 08/11/2020. PATIENCE is a virtue. Ordered 4/16, received in USA 7/31. The company seems legit, just very slow. It shipped ~12 weeks after ordering and took almost 3 weeks to arrive but it did!

This is an update on my initial review with this this company. When COVID hit, like many companies they were unprepared for the increase in orders and obstacles with shipping and therefore my order arrived extremely late. Their customer service still always answered me in a timely manner, but I was very frustrated. After I received my delayed order, the company's owner emailed me personally to apologize for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that the company took the time to follow-up with me to let me know what led to the delay and worked to set things right. As for the actual product, I really enjoyed each of the paintings and the quality was great. Even though in the beginning I was very frustrated, I believe I will continue to order from this company as the quality and selection of the paintings are good and they are taking steps to improve their shipping process.
