I received my painting pretty late because of COVID-19 but everything was as described and it was great. I ran out of some paint and some of it dried up before I was able to finish my painting. I emailed customer service and within a few days they had sent a whole new paint kit to me for free so I would be able to finish my painting. Great service! Will definitely purchase from them again.

J'ai commandé comme beaucoup de monde pendant le confinement en avril... et jai recu ma commande trois mois plus tard fin juillet. Comme beaucoup de monde également , jai cru à une arnaque , les avis lus sur trust pilot ne me rassurant pas... Mais quand j ai finalement reçu mes toiles, j ai été agréablement surprise de leur qualité : le rendu est magnifique :), jai passe un excellent moment avec ma fille a peindre le premier tableau ( jai hate de faire le deuxième) . Et la tout récemment le fondateur du site m'a envoyé un message très transparent et sympathique pour expliquer le délai et s'en excuser et m'a même proposé de m' envoyer une autre toile en guise de dédommagement. Ne vous arrêtez donc pas aux avis qui courent entre mars et juillet/ aout et qui ne reflètent pas ce site dans son fonctionnement habituel. Ils ont simplement très mal géré la période du confinement probablement du fait d'une mauvaise communication avec leur transporteur , ils auraient dû simplement stopper leur commande , mais ils ne l ont pas fait et malheureusement cela leur a valu beaucoup d angoisse pour les clients, et de ce fait une très mauvaise publicité... Je recommanderai quant à moi les yeux fermés chez eux , sachant que bientôt ils auront un entrepôt en France ce qui accélérera les délais de livraison. Merci encore à Figure d'art . Corinne

A large choice of designs, I received my tracking number within 24h and the shipping was really fast. The kits are properly packaged, their canvas is quite thick which is definitely a big plus and the paint pots are perfectly labelled with fresh paint inside. I tried several shops and so far they are the best. Good job!

I am super glad to see their logistics is back to normal. I am a regular customer of their website and they have great products. Got my 2 new PBN canvas earlier this week, can't wait to paint them. Full support to their team!

Service client au top. C’est vrai qu’il y a eu des soucis d’envois , mais j’ai retenté l’expérience et je confirme que tout s’est bien passé. Je recommande leur site car le concept est innovant et les prix sont attractifs.

Not sure why others say they are scam. Yes the delivery was delayed but I totally understand the situation. I contacted them for help on order tracking and a girl explained to me the situation. I really appreciate their effort to try to push their courier to deliver my order as fast as they can. Finally received, good product quality.

Update: What a whirlwind of a situation. In March I ordered 8 paintings. They never arrived. I sent countless emails, some which were responded to, most which were not. That's what lead me to making this trustpilot page. That exploded with more reviews from many others whom shared my same experience. I guess they should have never advertised on Instagram. Instagram and Corona virus made for a very terrible situation. After my many spouts, emails, and much frustrations for 6 months... I finally got a resolution from the CEO himself. He contacted my very angry and rude emails with apologies and a very understanding and open dialogue. He ensured my refund went through to my account and he insisted that he send me free paintings for my frustrations, and after refusing twice, I gave in. I respected that he admitted fault, he wanted to understand my frustrations, and wanted to mend the errors that happened to me and so many. I respected very much his story of the business, and that he personally took over to make sure my very angry grievances were taken care of. To that, I give you all stars. Kudos. I have never dealt with such a situation. To the quality of the product, i also give 5 stars. The canvas is nice quality. The paints were far superior to what I expected. I saw reviews of other paint by number companies, and I saw many times that they had to add oil and mix the paints because they seemed dry and old. Not for me. The quality has met my expectations. I will most definitely order again and again! I can't believe it went this way and i had this much patience for 6 months, but I am happy with the resolution. Thanks figured art for showing me that at least some companies can rise from terrible situations.
