Very happy with my purchase ( diamond painting). I received the correct picture and size, the quality is also good, I would order again. The only thing is that it took quite some time to get here (I live in Europe), the company was very helpful and replied to all of my letters concerning the delivery status updated. I've been ordering from this brand for a while now so this review is long overdue. My first order was a paint by numbers kit for my Mom's birthday. It was a custom design from a photo of our cat, which she loved. Arrived safely and before the estimated date. The design of their packaging is quite nice so it made for a nice gift. And, being an artist myself, I can say that their acrylic paint is good quality as well. I'm already planning to get my Mom another painting kit from this brand for her birthday this year. That first order turned out better than I expected so I have since been ordering diamond paintings for myself (about 7-10 so far). Each design I've ordered has been worth it and I noticed that for their largest sizes, the details are superb. I'm very happy with their selection of masterworks. (Hope you'll add more, particularly artworks by Monet.) Their customer service has been very responsive whenever I have questions about my order or need something changed. There is a tracking app on their website so I don't usually need to contact them about my order status. My overall experience with Figured'Art has been quite positive from the beginning. I'm more than satisfied with both the products and the service, and so long as they continue to deliver with quality and consistency, I'll continue to support this brand. Definitely recommend.

I think that the choices and quality of paintings are excellent. I have been ordering on a regular basis and it has kept my mind active since the lockdown last March. I find it very relaxing and rewarding. I have all my paintings framed and hanging on the walls of my house, people have asked me if I would do one for them and they will pay me, in fact I have been offered £250 for one of my paintings, Guardian Angel. After sales service brilliant, very professional and efficient, quickly responding to my queries, Gaby in particular is great. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic the service has been very good, no problem at all, and find it irritating to find how ungrateful and selfish some of the general public are. Excellent value for money! It is my third order and I am always extremely pleased by the quality of their paint by numbers. Don’t look elsewhere if you want a high quality numbered canvas and fresh paint pots. Definitely something you can offer for Christmas if you want to make your relatives happy.

Thirty years have passed and this Old bloke gets the urge to do a bit of painting by numbers. I have done them before and found that it was a relaxing experience. Mind you, it was a long time ago, and I didn't shake from too much Ventalin in those days, no, I had something else that made me shake, especially on the morning after, but by evening I had settled down enough to have another go at the canvas. This time, I looked around the internet for a supplier and after one failure, I came across USA.Figuredart.com the product looked just like I would want to work on, so, I selected a couple of canvases and waited eagerly for the arrival. I could feel the creative power rising in my blood, I could see myself with only one ear, but that wasn't for me, so I settled for a Leonardo type attitude. Now, the dreaded Virus is around, and I didn't give much thought to how it would disrupt the postal service, but it did, As they say every cloud has a silver lining, and I took this opportunity to make an easel to place my masterpeice. The folk at Figuredart bent over backwards (which looked a little bit disconcerting as they usually are standing straight up), However the goods arrived, and I can only say that I am happy, and completely satisfied with the service and the quality of the items received.
