Does not work.

You must remember to log your menstral cycle in the app or the daysyView log will not be accurate

I had my Daysy just over a year and the neck of it cracked on both sides. I'm still not sure what happened to make it do this. However it was still under warranty. I contacted Daysy through email. I was surprised at the response time it was very fast. They sent very specific and easy instructions for what I needed to do including when to send it in during my cycle to ensure that I wouldn't have to worry while it was gone. They replaced my Daysy because it was far more damaged than originally thought and all I had to pay was shipping. They were very good about keeping me informed throughout the entire process and it took less than a week to send, replace and get my Daysy back to me. Excellent customer service. Very happy with my experience so far.

The times I have reached out, I have gotten quick responses to my questions. The team is very friendly and informative. I love daysy! 1 year and still child free. It is simple enough to use and compact enough to travel with (I purchased an ocase for it). I do suggest to read instructions and care thoroughly.

This was the best purchase of the year. I am so in charge of my fertility with no synthetic hormones running rapid through my system. I tried the pill, and the IUD, bad choice. Thank you DAYSY :)

Great for accurate readings recorded, not great for synching with your phone and learning more about your cycles and fertility or adding further info to the records of your cycles. App is disappointing. There is very little editability in the app- if you miss recording the first day of your cycle for a few days, you can't go back and enter it accurately. You have to email customer service to get a full "fertility report" (aka pdf of all your temps) that usually takes 24 hours. This is something that could be easily automated in the app but hasn't been done yet. If they did just a little tweaking on the app, this could be the perfect tool (one should be able to enter notes and symptoms somewhat like the MyFlo app, so as to cross-reference symptoms, timing of sex and temps to be able to help make your cycle more healthy. Frustrating to have had this for two years and no significant changes to the app have been made, when those changes would be SO easy (have talked with some app creators about this!). You have to plug the daysy into your phone in order to upload the data and edit it. This is a bummer because it's not good for stress/health/ electromagnetic-whatever to sleep with the phone right by your head, and if you're even close to a regular amount of busy, it's tricky to remember to upload your data every three days so that you're within the three day window in which you can add notes/record menstruation, etc. to the new data on the app. Come on, women! Make this daysy all it can be! Fix that app stuff!

I've been using my Daysy for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. It was the best decision that I've ever made for myself. Being off of hormonal birth control has been a Blissful Journey knowing that I can put my 100% trust into a product like Daysy. I also love knowing that they have a great customer support team that is there for whatever problems I have our questions I need answered.

My Daysy is amazing and the customer service is out of this world good!
