The product never worked. It was very dissappointing.

I liked the concept of Daysy and generally had no issues with it until it started to fall apart within the first year I bought it (coming apart at the seams). When I emailed customer service they offered to fix it, and when it came back to me it was essentially just poorly and obviously glued together (I could have done that at home). It then broke in half when I dropped it a few months later (this was definitely my fault) but I was just unimpressed with the whole experience and the quality of the product that I decided not to get another one.

I did like daysy for a while but it split at the seam a few months ago - it was covered by the warranty & they sent me a new one (after I paid for shipping both ways) but now the new one has the same problem. I don’t know if I can trust it’s readings like this. It’s pretty frustrating. I guess I can still send it back & receive a new one but this seems like a consistent problem & I don’t think they are changing the design or doing anything to address it (it seems like a battery problem). I’m also not happy with the lack of education the company provides about your own chart. It’s as if they just want you to take their word for it but my ovulation day is never when they “say” it is & then once I finish my menstruation they go back to change it. Having to interpret my readings myself as well as the battery malfunction, I regret this very expensive purchase.

I have been using Daysy for a year and 3 months now and I have loved every minute. I really wanted a natural birth control solution and Daysy was the perfect choice. It’s small, so it’s easy to throw in my bag when I travel and most of all, it’s reliable! I love how she knows me and has helped me to become more aware of what’s going on with my body. I’ve had to call customer service once because I couldn’t pair Daysy with my iPhone 8. They let me know that there wasn’t a fix for it at that particular time but would send an email when it was available. Sure enough, a few mornths later there was a fix and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve enjoyed Daysy and plan to continue using it and recommending it to others.

So far the Daysy has worked exactly as promised. It has been pretty accurate with my wife’s cycle helping us not only know when it is safe or not to go without protection, but when we can expect her to ovulate and have her period allowing us to better plan activities in the future which I appreciate.

I have absolutely loved using daysy. Remembering to temp first thing was a little challenging at first but once you get in the habit it’s easy. I’ve been using Daysy for over a year now and haven’t had any scares or uncertainty. Highly recommend!

It a great device, just had a hard time remembering to take my temp every morning but extremely accurate. Took a break for a few months, but will be going back on it soon.
