The device is easy to use and intuitive, the old app was great. My SO and I could share data between us and I could look at the logged information whenever I wanted. Now, it crashes almost every time it is opened and we can't edit past data. We've had daysy since about August and we loved it. Now we hate it. I would like the old app back or maybe even a refund if they never fix this. We paid a lot for something that's mostly renderered useless now.

I had this product for 30 days and never used it, so I knew it wasn't going to work for me. I was dealing with a family emergency at the time, so when I had a moment I attempted to contact the company for instructions for a return. I emailed and telephoned multiple times over the course of 5 days before I finally got someone on the phone. They were not friendly, and said they would "allow" the return but that they would add a 10% restocking fee. I would be deducted my original shipping as well, and have to pay return shipping costs. Ok, fine. Then they sent a rather lengthy E-mail advising me that if any paperwork were missing then there would be additional fees deducted from the return. I run a business myself, and could never imagine penalizing a customer if they didn't bring me back the original packaging, especially if the item was unused. I would highly recommend avoiding this company if you're unsure if this is going to work for you, because I've never had such a hassle with a return, ever, at any company.

I love the daysy and everything it does for you!! But there are a couple improvements that desperately need to be made. I’ve had my daysy for about 45 days and the cap is already broken and doesn’t stay on. I haven’t dropped it it’s just very poorly made for the money you spend on it. Also there are so many issues with the app. None of this is enough to make me not want to use it or quit using it I love it and I love everything it does but for the money you spend you would think you would get better quality and they would make a better app with it!

So happy with it! Totally worth the money.

Wow, where to begin. This device has changed my life. To have the option to not take a pill everyday and still have a safe, natural, effective way to avoid an unwanted pregnancy is remarkable. Apart from this, the staff behind Daysy offers exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond to meet your expectations. There is not enough great things for me to say about this company. Choose Daysy.

Such a wonderful experience with the custumer service ! I had an issue with my daysy and got help so fast ! Everybody that I talked to was so kind and really wanted to help me ! I got my new daysy in such a short time and even more considering the holiday seasons and all that delay in delivery services ! They did everything to help me have less consequences on my data to be sure that I still have a full capacity daysy that knows my cycle ! I'm more than happy! Thank you so much!

I just switched from HB to the Daysy about a month ago and there is no turning back! Completely user friendly, adorable/sleek design and not to mention their customer service support is out of this world!! This first month has gone exactly how they said it would and when I reach out with a question I always get a detailed (no judgment) response in less than an hour! You must be patience the first few weeks while she learns your cycle, but now I am seeing predictions on my Daysy View app a month in advance. I feel like I have a better understanding of my body and what happens each month. I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before Daysy becomes a household name in the US.

5 star support!! I was thoroughly impressed with Daysy's customer support to immediately help me with my device. They gave me clear directions and were very quick to respond with a solution to my requests. Could not be happier with this kind of customer support for a device I truly love!
