P&G changed the fiber for their Glide floss picks. They used to be great and now they are terrible. I can’t get past two teeth before the floss shreds or breaks. Even my dentist and his hygienists have stopped using it. Bring back the old fiber! Until that happens you’ve lost my business.

Sugar, petroleum dye, aspartame, and maltodextrin across the whole line
The psyllium itself is fine. Everything P&G adds to it is the problem. The Real Sugar version of Metamucil packs about 16 grams of sugar per serving plus FD&C Yellow No. 6, a petroleum derived dye, and artificial flavor. The Sugar Free version swaps in aspartame, keeps the Yellow 6, and adds maltodextrin, an ultra processed starch that spikes blood sugar, in a product that advertises supporting healthy blood sugar levels. Even Premium Blend, the "natural" option with plant based stevia, lists maltodextrin as its second ingredient, and it tastes noticeably worse than the others. Premium price, natural marketing, same processed shortcuts. If you want plain psyllium, buy plain psyllium.

All New versions of Oral B dental floss
All New versions of Oral B dental floss products break, shred, get taught in between teeth, do not do the job you expect it to do. Absolutely awful change, in spite of the chemical-free reason. Whoever okayed this product revision without testing first should be fired.

Data thieves
I created an online account to buy some personal care items online. Before I could do that, I was directed to create an account, which required sharing personal information, naturally. The final confirmation required me to allow them to do whatever they want with my data, but told me I could opt out at any time. So I created the account, purchased the items and tried to withdraw my consent for their unrestricted access to my data. It is impossible. They tell you that they cannot change your data preferences unless your confirm and provide the code you receive by email. Reasonable, except they never send the email. Ever. The support telephone number puts you on hold. Forever. Nobody ever answers it. Crooks. Buyer beware.

A bad habit of tinkering with products!
The product development team at P&G appears to be at it again! They have the proclivity to tinker with good and great products to turn them into mediocre--or worse! -- versions. This appears to have happened with Tide Hygienic Clean liquid. Reviews about the product on the P&G website are unflattering and a response from the P&G team acknowledges a recent formula change for the product. Once again, they have taken a really good product and turned it into something undesirable. That happened years ago with their liquid product for washing delicate and dress clothes. That was a great product that was ultimately discontinued for what looked like no good reason at all. Buying P&G laundry products feels like playing lotto. How long will it be before the product changes or before it just up and disappears? It also looks like P&G cares more about keeping a product development team employed than it does about customers? Do they really do any indepth market research to find out what customers really want and need? Do they actually do any REAL focus interviews with customers to find out what they like? Are they more concerned about appearances and political correctness than they are about producing GOOD products? I don't have any accurate answers to those rhetorical lament questions, but I can say that I feel as though I have fewer reasons to remain a loyal P&G customer than I once had.

P&G has blinded themselves for any kind…
P&G has blinded themselves for any kind of complaints. This is unbelievably wrong and unacceptable.
