Absolutely terrible experience with Meest. Stay away from this company. I paid about $80 to ship my package internationally. The destination customs refused the shipment, so I requested that it be returned to me. Instead of offering a reasonable return option, Meest demanded over $500 just to send my own package back. Think about that: it cost around $80 to ship it in the first place, but suddenly they want more than six times that amount for the return. This makes absolutely no sense and feels like customers are being held hostage once the package is in their system. The package was never delivered to the recipient, yet I’m expected to pay an outrageous amount just to get my own property back. I would never use Meest again and I strongly recommend that others choose a different shipping company. If something goes wrong with your shipment, be prepared for shocking fees and terrible customer experience.

Careless package handling and awful customer service Please avoid them at any cost. We were reckless enough to use Meest while moving from the UK to the US. I can't imagine what they were doing with our boxes and suitcases, but almost all our carefully packed and cushioned plates and glasses broke to pieces. Then, one of the boxes with books arrived ALMOST EMPTY. When we tried to raise a reimbursement claim following their own guidelines posted ONT THEIR OWN WEBSITE, they first ignored emails and call, and when we finally managed to contact them, they simply reinvented the rules. We obviously didn't manage to get our money back. Very disappointed.

Disgusting service! Meest hid my parcel for 30 days in Ukraine. Absolute negligence and terrible customer service by Meest America / Rosan. My parcel CV950003705US arrived in Ukraine, but the company kept it at their internal warehouse for 30 days without registering it in the database. Rosan support confirmed they couldn't see the parcel. Only after I filed an official complaint, they finally moved the parcel to the customs queue, where it is stuck again. They lied about customs delays to cover up their own internal failure and warehouse mess. I demand a full 100% refund for the international shipping cost because the delivery terms were completely violated due to Meest's fault! Update :They found my package after 30 days of loss. It passed customs 5 days ago, but Meest STILL refuses to ship it to me and forces me to wait. Total disrespect to the customer.

I shipped a package from USA to overseas through Meest and declared an iPhone on the official customs declaration form. When the package arrived the iPhone was missing. I filed a claim on June 12, 2026. For nearly a month I received zero response no email, no phone call, nothing. When I called they told me to wait for an email that never came. When I left a Google review explaining my situation, instead of helping me they responded with laughing emojis 😂😂😂 and suggested someone in your country stole it. This is how they treat customers who have been robbed.

Writing one more review becuase of the frustration and the time consuming this company has done to us. The worst customer service and experience in my entire life. After 3 and more weeks package has not been deliver going around America with 3 duplicate labels and one more label for same package. Not to mention this is international package. I spoke with Andrew the manager and every day another story and is another day, he is telling us story for little kids, like accidentley they put 2 tracking labels and the old tracking was scenned and they repeted the same mistake 2 times, comon. I think they stole the package and trying to blame on fedex but they have the package. MY advice, STAY AWAY FROM MEEST especially if you are sending to North Macedonia! Save your time, money, stress and your nerves, Btw the package never got deliver still going in circles after 21 days.

WARNING FOR PEOPLE WHO USE MEEST EXPRESS I have been using Meest Express very often, but my recent experience has been terrible. My previous packages took almost 3 MONTHS to arrive. The worst part is that customer support keeps giving completely different information every time you call. One day they told me my package was already at the border in Poland. A few days later another consultant said the package was still crossing the ocean. Nobody knows where your package actually is. I had to call customer support almost every 3 days just to get updates, and every time I received different answers. Now I have another problem. I recently sent 2 packages that arrived in Ukraine on the 20th. One package was processed and delivered normally, but the second package has been sitting in the warehouse for 7 days already. It has not even been properly registered yet, and nobody can explain what is happening or when it will be delivered. I am a regular customer and spend a lot of money using this company, but the service quality has become unacceptable. People should know what they may experience before using this service.

The carrier delivered the package to the Meest warehouse and provided a tracking number, which was registered in the app. After that, the package never appeared in the Meest system and was likely accepted at the warehouse under a different carrier tracking number. All additional information from the American carrier that delivered the package to the Meest warehouse was communicated through the phone number listed in the Meest account and accessible only to Meest operators, yet this communication channel was never even checked. The delivery date, the carrier’s tracking number, and the recipient’s name were provided, and it was suggested that surveillance camera footage be reviewed to clarify the situation. Instead, multiple formal template responses were sent, sometimes identical ones, including the statement that camera footage could only be reviewed after a police request. It appears that this approach may be common practice in handling problematic situations and additional paid services such as package photography. Filing a police report no longer seems like such a bad idea.

I send them Soundbar to be forwarded to india, and now they are telling me that soundbar is a prohibited item to be send via Air. Either they will dispose off or return to sender. Since when soundbar becomes prohibited ?
