La compra me dejo satisfecho por el bajo precio de los tickets lo facil de realizar la compra la rapides y el continuo seguimiento que hace despegar a la compra realizada Gracias Despegar por su ayuda

When they (despegar.com) cancelled my flight less than 2 weeks prior to flight I was told I have to take another flight 6 days before or after my original flight. Or wait 90-120 days for a refund to buy another ticket. Customer service was not willing to help move me to another airline nor upgrade me in any aspect to resolve the issue. Needless to say I will never use them again. I fly very often and I know there are problems and I am very understanding but this is my first online complaint, in comparison KIWI.com helped me when they had an issue. despegar.com is a risky place to get tickets when things go wrong. They make sure you suffer since they think they are perfect and I imagine the customer are normally happy but in conclusion they defiantly have horrible customer service when they get complaints for their wrong doing.

Excelentes precios y combinaciones!
