Shipping delay, but order resolved
Encountered an unexpected delay on the order, there wasn’t any communication at the time, but once it got sorted, the order was quick on delivery and the shipping was refunded on the order. Would buy from them again

Easy, smart and fun
Smart, recycling packaging, easy to use ingredients and solid recipes. One omission is that the recipes don't state the amount of alcohol with which to start. I guess they were designed for a 750 ml recipe. A little clarity would help there but otherwise, totally happy with the purchase.

Tasty product, service was helpful once we were connected
I received the gin kit as a gift, made the gin and loved it. So i wanted to order more juniper which I did. There was a shipping problem. It was a little challenging getting in touch with customer service, but once I did they resolved the issue quickly.
