battle net launcher became complete garbage after the added more and more activision shi t titles. I don't want them. the community asked several times for an option to disable these games. No answer from blizzard. I still enjoy world of warcraft classic but I hate to see loot box games for kiddies every time when I start the game

How to get your money back, cause they won't give it back:
I'll make this as simple as possible: You will NOT get a resolution from Activision or Blizzard. They're both ignorant about the whole issue and neither is willing to take responsibility.
Blizzard was nice enough to point out that their 72 hour return/refund policy doesn't exist ANYWHERE except within the Terms of Service Agreement, which we all know is the sneakiest possible way to make people buy your broken game without giving them any head's up as to how long they have till they can do anything about it.
So HERE'S WHAT YOU DO:
After going through this myself recently and making a bevy of phone calls, emails and messages to both companies the end result: Call your BANK! If there's anyone who cares about money more than you do, it's your bank. If anyone is going to have the legal team to support your claim, it's your bank. Trust when I say that this was both the easiest, fastest and most effective means of dealing with this issue. 2-3 days and my $80 was back safe and sound in my account, where it belonged.
Blizzard even went so far, after trying to discuss with them, as to threaten me that they would enact penalties against my Blizzard account if I were to take the matter any further than I already had (a series of unresolved tickets).
NEXT BEST OPTION:
Contact Activision (They're PST and Customer Service doesn't show up till about 9.30 local time, so be patient) and give them your BattlenetID and have them send Blizzard information from your COD:MW account to verify how much gameplay you've actually encountered. Blizzard seems to be under the assumption that because you hit "Play," you must then be playing the game and enjoying it. Unfortunately, even with their supposed 18hrs of time that I was, "in game," I hadn't played any actual content for longer than 15mins combined. After a series of crashes and numerous errors the game was simply too buggy for me to keep messing with and I just wanted a refund. Only to find out I was instantly denied... So I did what all of you have done, with the exception that I contacted my bank, told them I had been ripped off by a company who specifically hid their return policy from public view, and they were all too happy to help me out!
So friends, I advise you to do likewise because the BEST part about having your bank reclaim your money? The company takes a hit for every reimbursement it makes on it's corporate credit rating!
"You see, businesses get hit every time a buyer like you files a chargeback on credit card purchases. The effects ripple out, and merchants are desperate for you to recognize how your actions impact the economy in a big way. The merchant must pay expensive, non-refundable fees for each chargeback issued. Even if you later realize the chargeback was filed in error, the damage has already been done. If a business receives too many chargebacks, the bank will revoke the merchant’s ability to process credit card payments. Once that happens, most online businesses would be forced to close. Your actions could be directly responsible for the destruction of a business. Some businesses play hard ball against chargebacks. Take Sony, for example. If a PlayStation® user files a chargeback, the company terminates the account and permanently bans the user." - chargeback911 (.com)
Correct Use of Chargebacks
First, you can request a chargeback if you legitimately suffered at the hands of an unscrupulous merchant, or one with bad business practices. For example, say a business makes it impossible to request a traditional refund by not displaying contact information or failing to acknowledge your requests. This could be a deliberate move on the part of the merchant, or it may simply be bad customer service. In either case, however, a chargeback might be the only option available.
WARNING:
Merchants have the right to dispute chargebacks, so there's a chance the chargeback will be overturned. You’ll be charged for the original transaction a second time, and the bank may even slap you with an administrative fee or other consequences.
I hope this helps even just one person get their money back from this greedy POS company that thinks they have the right to simply ignore their customers while stealing their money for a product that is absolutely not what was advertised.
