How can BN have the cheek to advertise their products on the same page you are having difficulty downloading already purchased products from? The download speeds are incredibly bad. I have contacted GN on two different occasions and they are no help what so ever. The best excuse was blaming Covid-19 because so many people are out of work there is more demand on the internet, that being said when I use either Steam or Origin I have no speed issues what so ever, Its been months and it would seem Battle.net are not going to do anything about this issue. They are however happy to keep taking peoples money!

Horrible download speeds for absolutely no reason at all. Sometimes it works to do all kinds of dumb things like changing it to different regions a couple of times to make it work, but usually you just can't play the games you paid for.

Shockingly bad download speeds. My connection is 70Mb+ and currently waiting for the CoD update that is running at between 30-120KB/s. Yes KB per second. This is not a typo. This has been my experience of Battle.net since using it for CoD this year. Their support always state this is due to high demand but if you use Xbox to download it is done without any issues as all my friends have shown. This means all issues are their side. Terrible service.

It's remarkable how terrible this launcher is. As of right now, almost all of Europe is having an outage. How does this crap happen? My internet speeds are good, I have no issues downloading games via Steam, Epic Games, et cetera. But when it comes to Battle.net, things go south. Right now, I'm trying to download Modern Warfare again. I deleted it in order for the update to work. It still isn't working. It worked for 10 minutes before it went caveman brain and stopped. I tried changing regions, still didn't work. Judging from other reviews, Blizzard's intentions with this launcher are clear. Ripping people off and giving poor reliability & terrible servers in return. Good riddance.

1 Stern ist schon zu viel. Grottenschlechter Client, keine eigenständigen Chatfenster, kein ingame overlay, verbuggter Client, Download geschwindigkeit wird mit 5 MB/s angezeigt, ist aber in Wahrheit dauerhaft 0. Bei jedem Update von COD das gleiche. Nur über VPN aus USA/Kanada lässt sich vernünftig laden.
