Annoying login system. Way too many protection levels.

Confusing menus, pathetic servers, customer service is basically them posting general forum replies saying "sucks to suck". You can't use VPNs while playing games, they will shadow ban you without telling you, and just sit back and laugh while you try to log in with a "can't connect, try again in a few minutes" response. Grubby money first, customers last policies. Annoying amount of security checks- I couldn't log into my old account because I have it linked to my phone and it literally just won't let me reset anything through email, so I made a new account and can't link my phone to it because it's stuck to the old account, so I guess just no phone on the new one (which makes it extremely difficult to do anything because of the previous mentioned security BS). Awful, awful, awful experience literally just wanting to play old games like StarCraft or Diablo. And they couldn't care less how bad of a system it is for normal people as long as it can automatically prevent bot use (I guess). It will give you headaches. They just want your money and for you to F off. Disgustingly poor experience

Data cap so you must download games at a rate thousands times slower than what you pay for in your internet service (though they claim there is no cap, there is obviously a cap because data is not flowing on battle.net, yet im getting full down speed on Steam? I wonder why), no game review or opinion system to let them know how ***** and greedy they are, puts f***** call of duty on their store. didn't develop it. and even if they did, put it on f***** steam. No one wants battle.net, origin, bethesda launcher, ubisoft launcher, f***** epic games launcher, steam, and f*** all else all on their computer just to install the games WE already OWN. Steam EXISTS. It has been existing for years. Leave it at Steam. Steam allows peoples voices and opinions to be shared. You do not. Don't like their costs? Too bad. Want your own branded software distributor? We don't! Video games have little to no over head aside from server hosting once they are produced in today's age. I know this for a fact because I work in the game industry and I make a living off game assets to this day. If anyone tries to tell you otherwise, they are greedy or wish to misinform you.

Worst gane luncher ever i don't understand how the hell did call of duty end up with this crap, every time a update has to be done it takes days to do. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Ok everything the launcher does well starts games etc no problem. Authentication is great... The biggest issue i have is the downloads for updates. Its wrong that they throttle it so much that its not worth trying. All day ive been downloading a 35gb update at a speed of 100kbs, occasionally it jumps to 6mbs. I have 40mb up and 20mb down! I wont use battlenet again! This happens every download.

worst games launcher i have ever used!! game updates are either really slow or they freeze. right now im trying to do a 35gb update i have 55mb down and 19mb up and the update is downloading at 100-200kbps.
