What a joke! I'm absolutely shocked this is run by Blizzard Entertainment. I'm attempting to play Overwatch 2 and after queuing I eventually reach a screen asking me to confirm via sms. It won't let me log in to my existing account, if I follow their steps, it says my number already exists. It's literally impossible for me to carry out their instructions. Thankfully I didn't pay any money. What total trash!

I have lost all my progress. I linked my console account to my battlenet ID about a week before launch but it hasn’t save ANYTHING. We are talking several gold guns hundreds of cosmetics and highly ranks. GONE. I have tried to submit a ticket but the website is incompetent.

worst shiot show I have ever seen in my life. tries to get me to purchase games I already own and piece of shiot can't even launch the game I want to play

I have never successfully updated a game on the first try through this service. There is always some technical issue and multiple hoops to jump through. Just use steam or something else.
